Where we ship
Orders ship from United States. We currently ship to: United States. Checkout only accepts shipping addresses in this country.
Shipping time
Estimated shipping time: 7-8 days, handling included. This estimate covers both the time we need to prepare and pack your order and the time your package spends in transit.
Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can occasionally happen.

Shipping is free on every order. The shipping cost is shown in your cart and on the checkout page before you pay.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking, so you can follow your package once it's on its way.
Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated shipping time, email us at contact@theluvioart.store with your order reference. We'll look into it and, if the package is lost, we'll send you a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at contact@theluvioart.store within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. Full details are in our returns policy.
