About these terms
These terms apply when you use THELUVIOART (theluvioart.store) or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Our products
We sell handmade crochet items. Each product page shows the item's price and whether it's in stock.
Each piece is made by hand, so small differences in size, color and stitching from the photos are normal.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Shipping is added at checkout as described in our shipping policy.
- Payment is handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card details.
- Your order is placed once your payment is complete. You'll then see a confirmation page with your order reference.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered in our shipping policy, and returns, refunds and exchanges in our returns policy. Both are part of these terms.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Once it's on its way, it can't be cancelled. How to cancel
